TRYIT is a service operated by the business above. For orders where you choose Paddle checkout on the payment screen, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited; Paddle.com Inc. in the United States; Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd. in Canada) is the seller as the authorized reseller (Merchant of Record), and the TRYIT operator supplies the service. In that case the Paddle buyer terms and refund policy also apply (below).

Nature of the analysis

TRYIT is an analysis tool for exploring public signals. Derived scores, grades and revenue estimates are aids to decision-making and do not guarantee performance or revenue.

Rights in original content

Copyright in content and platform rights belong to the original authors and the relevant platforms. Per-platform adaptation plans are production directions for reinterpreting ideas and structure; they do not give you any right to copy or redistribute the original video, audio or text as it is.

Rights in the service and its data Added 2026-10-10

  • Rights in the software that makes up the TRYIT service, its screen layout and design, its text, and its trademarks and logos belong to the TRYIT operator.
  • Rights in the whole of the database that TRYIT has selected, classified, processed and built up, and in the metrics TRYIT produces (scores, grades, rankings, estimates, growth trends and their history), belong to the TRYIT operator. This database and these metrics are protected by the rights of a database producer under the Korean Copyright Act and by the Korean Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act.
  • TRYIT claims no rights in the individual figures published on each platform or in the original content itself. Those rights belong to the original authors and the relevant platforms, as stated in the "Rights in original content" section above.
  • TRYIT claims no rights in files that members upload or in results made with the creation tools. TRYIT handles them only to the extent needed to provide the service, such as storing, processing and displaying them.

Permitted use and access Added 2026-10-10

  • Members may refer to, or quote in part, the figures and analysis they see on screen in their own content planning, internal reports, and proposals and reports for their clients. Export files provided by a plan may be used for the same purposes.
  • TRYIT permits three ways of access: (1) access by a person directly operating the screens of a web browser or of the official TRYIT app or extension; (2) access using an API that TRYIT has separately authorized, within its terms of use; and (3) access by crawlers of search engines and AI services that read only the addresses allowed for that crawler in robots.txt, and only for the purposes stated there. Screens and data that are visible only after logging in may be accessed only by the logged-in member, within the usage limits of that member's plan. Access by any other method is not permitted.
  • These access conditions apply equally to visitors who have not signed up, as the scope of access that TRYIT permits.
  • The purposes in (3) are search indexing and citation in answers. AI model training is permitted only where a crawler named in robots.txt reads the public information pages (service introduction, guides, comparisons, pricing and feature articles) for which robots.txt separately states that training is allowed. This permission extends only to the text of those information pages; it does not extend to the database, the metrics, pages that carry data, or screens behind login. Access by crawlers, to addresses or for purposes not allowed in robots.txt, and using what was read for the mass copying or redistribution described under "Prohibited conduct" below, are not permitted.

Prohibited conduct Added 2026-10-10

You may not do any of the following without TRYIT's prior permission (which may be given by email).

  1. Automated collection — reading or storing the screens or data of the service by automated means such as crawlers, scrapers, bots, macros or automated browsers; calling directly the communication addresses used behind the screens
  2. Mass copying — copying or storing all or a substantial part of the database; collecting even small amounts repeatedly and systematically to produce the same result
  3. Resale, redistribution and publication — selling or passing data or metrics obtained from TRYIT to a third party, as they are or after processing; publishing them so that anyone can see them; including them in another service or data product
  4. Developing competing services and AI training — using TRYIT's data, metrics, screen layout or text to build or operate a service that is the same as or similar to TRYIT; using them as training or evaluation data for machine learning or AI models (this excludes collection, by a permitted crawler, of the text of public information pages for which training is allowed through robots.txt under "Permitted use and access" above, and this exception does not extend to the database, the metrics or screens behind login)
  5. Copying screens and reverse engineering — copying the screen layout, design or text of the service; reverse engineering or decompiling the software and the extension
  6. Account sharing and circumventing limits — using an account together with another person, lending it or selling it (this excludes inviting teammates on a plan with team seats so that each uses their own account); creating several accounts to use the free limits, the free trial or the daily usage limits over again
  7. Circumventing protection measures — avoiding or removing technical protection measures put in place by TRYIT such as login, usage limits, request limits and access blocking (including connecting while changing the connection address or device information); making or distributing such means
  8. Interfering with the service — placing excessive load on the service or interfering with its normal operation

The reference and quotation described under "Permitted use and access" above, saving items you selected yourself on screen with the export feature, and using ordinary browser functions (bookmarks, printing, screenshots) for your own work are not prohibited conduct. Nor does this section restrict uses permitted by law, such as the Korean Copyright Act.

This section applies equally to every member of a team workspace and to use through the API and the extension.

Measures in case of violation Added 2026-10-10

  • Automated requests and requests exceeding the limits may be slowed down or blocked, together with their connection path, without prior notice. This is a technical measure to protect the service; if you were blocked while using the service normally, let us know at hello@inctryit.com and we will check and lift the block.
  • If prohibited conduct is confirmed, we may, depending on its severity, issue a warning, restrict use for specified features or a specified period, or terminate the service agreement. Before restricting use or terminating, we notify you of the reasons and grounds at the email address you signed up with and give you at least 7 days to explain. However, where there are urgent circumstances in which growing damage must be prevented, such as mass automated collection in progress, we first suspend use of the account temporarily and then notify you of the reasons without delay and give you an opportunity to explain.
  • If your explanation is accepted we restore your account immediately, and for paid plans we extend the subscription period by the time you were unable to use it.
  • Even where we terminate a paid plan because of a violation, the fees for the remaining subscription period are refunded according to the cancellation rules in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Packs are also refunded according to the rules in the same policy.
  • If your agreement was terminated for prohibited conduct, we may decline to accept a new sign-up. Where a team member commits the violation, measures are taken against that member's account; measures against the whole workspace are taken only after notifying the owner as described above.

Civil and criminal liability for violations Added 2026-10-10

  • If prohibited conduct causes damage to TRYIT, the person who engaged in it must compensate for that damage. TRYIT may also demand that the infringing conduct stop and that the data taken and any copies be deleted or destroyed.
  • Prohibited conduct is not merely a breach of these terms; it may give rise to civil and criminal liability under the following Korean laws, and TRYIT takes the necessary legal action, including claims for damages, claims for injunction and criminal complaints.
    • Copyright Act — infringement of the rights of a database producer (Article 93), unauthorized reproduction or transmission of works such as screens, text and design, and circumvention of technological protection measures (Article 104-2): damages (Article 125) and criminal penalties (Article 136)
    • Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act — unauthorized use of data (Article 2, subparagraph 1, item (k)) and unauthorized use of another person's achievements (item (m) of the same subparagraph): claims for injunction (Article 4) and damages (Article 5)
    • Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection — intrusion into an information and communications network beyond the permitted access rights (Article 48(1)) and causing disruption to an information and communications network (paragraph (3) of the same Article): criminal penalties (Article 71)
    • Criminal Act — interference with business by damaging computers and the like (Article 314(2))
    • Civil Act — damages for tort (Article 750)
  • Liability under the laws above applies in the same way to persons who are not members.

YouTube API Services

TRYIT uses YouTube API Services. By using TRYIT you are deemed to agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy and the TRYIT Privacy Policy apply to the processing of YouTube data.

Plans and payment

PlanMonthly billingYearly billing (about 20% off)
Free₩0—
Lite₩4,900/month₩47,000/year
Pro₩29,900/month₩287,000/year
Business₩99,000/month₩950,000/year
EnterpriseSeparate contract
Pro 7-day free trialOnce per account, with no card on file. During the trial some limits, such as creation jobs and on-demand collection, are lower than on Pro, and when it ends you return to the Free plan with no automatic payment.
  • The Free plan is a trial plan that you can keep using without paying. The Free plan never changes to a paid plan automatically and is never charged automatically.
  • Daily usage limits (the number of views, analyses and exports, and the number of creation jobs such as video, subtitle and image generation) differ by plan. The limits are shown on the pricing screen and are refilled every day.
  • The prices shown include value-added tax, and the final amount charged is shown on the payment screen.
  • On plans with team seats, up to the number of people shown on the pricing screen (including the subscribing member) can use the plan together, each with their own account. Daily usage limits and storage do not increase with the number of people; the team shares the limits of the single subscription. Inviting and removing team members and payment are managed by the subscribing member (the owner), and materials saved in the team space belong to the workspace and remain after a member leaves. If seats are reduced by a downgrade or cancellation, team members beyond the number of seats can only view the team space.
  • For Enterprise, the terms of the separate contract take precedence over these terms.

TRYIT Cloud (file storage)

  • TRYIT Cloud is a space that stores files members upload and result files made with the creation tools. Storage capacity, the size of a single file and the storage period differ by plan and are shown on the pricing screen.
  • On the Free plan and the free trial, files are kept for 7 days from the day they were uploaded or made, and on Lite for 30 days, and are deleted after that period. On Pro and above they are kept for as long as you subscribe. For files with a time limit, the remaining period is shown on the cloud screen.
  • When storage is full you cannot upload new files, and creation results are deleted after 7 days without being kept in the cloud. Files that a member deletes are kept in the trash for 7 days and then deleted, and can be restored in the meantime.
  • Even if you cancel a paid plan or switch to a lower plan, that plan's capacity and storage period continue to apply until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for. Where capacity or the storage period shrinks because the subscription period has ended, we notify you at the email address you signed up with of the number of files in storage and the scheduled deletion date, and keep the files as they are for 30 days from the day of the notice. Before sending this notice we do not delete files on the ground of the reduced capacity or storage period. After 30 days, we delete files that have passed the new plan's storage period, or the oldest files first up to the amount exceeding the capacity.
  • Deleted files cannot be recovered, so you must download the files you need before the deadline. If you subscribe again before the scheduled deletion date, the files are kept as they are.
  • Storage capacity for Enterprise is up to the capacity set in the contract.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

  • Paid plans are charged automatically to the same payment method every cycle you chose (monthly or yearly). When a payment is made, we notify you by email of the amount charged, the payment date and the next scheduled payment date.
  • You can cancel at any time on the same screen as sign-up and payment (subscription management in account settings), and the next automatic payment stops as soon as you cancel. You can keep using paid features until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for.
  • If we raise a price, we notify you of the date of the change, the price before and after the change, and the payment method at least 30 days before it applies, and obtain your consent. If you do not consent, your subscription ends at the end of the current subscription period and the higher price is not charged.

One-off purchases (packs)

  • A one-off purchase is separate from a subscription: with a single payment you buy a pack that lets you use one TRYIT feature (such as ad creatives or AI image generation) a set number of times. Packs are issued and provided by the TRYIT operator and are not charged again automatically.
  • A pack can be used only for that feature. It cannot be exchanged for cash or points, used to pay subscription fees or for other products, moved to another feature or another account, or transferred or sold.
  • A pack is deducted one use at a time after you have used up all the uses included in your plan for that day. If you have several packs, the one whose validity period ends first is deducted first. Requests that failed to produce a result are not deducted.
  • The validity period is 1 year from the date of purchase. We notify you by email three times starting 30 days before the validity period ends, and if you ask before it ends we extend it by 3 months.
  • Refunds: within 14 days of payment, a full refund regardless of the number of uses; after that, a refund of unused uses at any time within the validity period. The detailed rules follow the one-off purchases section of the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Withdrawal and refunds

The full refund within 14 days of the payment date regardless of use, the refund on cancelling monthly or yearly billing after 14 days, and the method and time frame of refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy. That policy is part of these terms.

Orders paid through Paddle

For orders purchased through Paddle checkout, Paddle handles payment, receipts and refunds as the seller, and the Paddle buyer terms and the Paddle refund policy also apply. If the two sets of rules differ, the one more favorable to the user applies. Inquiries about use of the service are handled by TRYIT (hello@inctryit.com).

Minors

If a minor pays for a paid plan without the consent of a legal representative, the minor or the legal representative may cancel that contract.

Changes to and suspension of the service

Some figures or features may change depending on the policies of the source platforms, the accessibility of data and delays in collection. Before making an important decision you must check the collection time on the page and the original. Compensation where a paid feature is suspended follows the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Inquiries and dispute resolution

Inquiries about payment, refunds and cancellation are received at hello@inctryit.com or +82-70-8064-8112. For disputes that are not resolved, you may apply for mediation to a dispute mediation body under the relevant laws, such as the Korea Consumer Agency or the Content Dispute Resolution Committee.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we announce the effective date and what is changing on this page and in service notices from 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). Members who do not agree to the changed terms may close their account and terminate the service agreement before the effective date. If you keep using the service without stating your refusal by the effective date separately given in the notice, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction Added 2026-10-10

These terms and use of the service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Lawsuits concerning disputes are brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. The protection given by the mandatory provisions of the country where a user who is a consumer lives is not reduced by this clause.
