Which currency am I charged in?
US dollars outside Korea. Visitors in Korea see and pay Korean won prices; an existing subscription keeps the currency it started in.
Do prices include tax?
Yes. Paddle handles checkout and invoicing, and the price you see includes applicable sales tax or VAT.
How do I verify my account?
Data screens need a one-time verification. Use a Korean mobile number, or verify with the email you signed in with. One number or one email verifies one account, and email verification allows one account per internet connection every 30 days.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of payment you get a full refund whether or not you used it; after that, cancellations follow the refund policy (Korean).
